We offer Free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans. All fees are quoted in USD. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. All subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles.

You agree NOT to generate content that:

• Depicts real individuals without consent (deepfakes)
• Contains illegal, harmful, or explicit content
• Promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or spam

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your inputs and generated outputs. You grant us a license to use your content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. We will not publicly display your private content without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
